First Watch in Florida

"We frequently go to First Watch for breakfast/lunch. We usually never have a wait but today it was rush hour and we had. 10 min wait but it was worth it. Their seasonal menus and tonics are excellent. I have been hooked on the seasonal Carne Asada breakfast tacos however, my go to is trifecta and my eggs are cooked to perfection. The service is great here with the servers being very attentive and extremely personable. Specifically at this location, Seth has been our go to server for a while now. He always greets us with a warm friendly smile and is attentive but not intrusive. He is consistent with all his tables. We look forward to seeing with every visit. We go for the food but like many of our visits the local First Watch locations, the servers make it feel like connecting an old friend. Today the hostess, Meridian, had a very rude customer and they were busy, we were impressed how she handled it being extremely professional and never once stopped smiling. First Watch in general is a great breakfast and lunch spot but the service and servers help keeping us coming back. Kudos to server Katie and manager Joey for rounding out our visit this time."

"One of our usual spots for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Tried the shrimp and grits from the Summer menu and was not disappointed. The shrimp were nice size and seasoned well the sausage added just the right kick! The grits were well cooked and not a lump in sight. Some of the best shrimp and grits I’ve had outside of Cajun country in Louisiana."

"Laura was a sweet waitress. I got the seasonal honey chipotle chicken hash it was amazing. The coffee was really good and I was overall pleased ! It was worth the money and I'd eat here again."

"We had a delicious breakfast. The healthy cocktail with lemon and beet was really tasty, and the Eggs Benedict were excellent — just like the omelet. Highly recommend this place!"

"I have been a fan of First Watch since the beginning. So I was really surprised that I had to review this one and not give 5 starts for service. But let me explain. My actual server, Justin, was amazing. Very nice and attentive. However, the lady that brought out my food pretty much slung it to me. She don’t give me any eye contact and she was gone before I could say Thank you. I’m not sure what her deal was but other than that, the food was the high quality and great taste you expect from First Watch. And again, my actual server was very friendly. I just wasn’t expecting my plate to be thrown at me. I was dining alone so I don’t make me very comfortable."
